MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Customs (BOC) said Friday that four luxury vehicles seized from contractor couple Pacifico “Curlee” and Cezarah “Sarah” Discaya will be offered for negotiated sale after failing to sell in previous public auctions. In an advisory, the BOC said that the negotiated sale will be held next Thursday, April 30.
