HELEN ZILLE BASKS IN SOWETO DERBY GLORY
On her social media pages, Helen Zille posted a video of herself in action at the Soweto Derby.
Sporting her new Orlando Pirates jersey, the 75-year-old posed with Buccaneer fans as they beamed for pictures. The DA stalwart watched the game at a tavern, where she again sipped on non-alcoholic beer.
Helen cheekily tagged ANC Secretary-General, Fikile Mbalula, who accused her of faking her support for the club, which he also supports.
On her Instagram Stories, Helen posted a clip of her facial expression after Kaizer Chiefs scored the match’s first goal. After her team equalised, she shared in another Story: “A win is a win at least”.
