MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Hagupit has a high chance of weakening once it reaches the Philippine Sea, the state weather bureau said on Saturday. In the 5 a.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reiterated that Hagupit is expected to enter the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Saturday.
