MANILA, Philippines — The International Criminal Court (ICC) has officially included Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa on its list of wanted persons over his alleged role in the Duterte administration’s war on drugs. As seen on the ICC’s website, dela Rosa is listed “at large” in the court’s list of defendants with outstanding arrest warrants.
