LAPU-LAPU CITY, Philippines—A total of 2,365 beneficiaries received a second tranche of financial aid under the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) UPLIFT program on Monday, September 14. Public workers distributed the funds in the City Auditorium Court 1 in Barangay Poblacion. UPLIFT stands for the Unified Package for Livelihood, Industry, Food, and Transport.
