MANILA, Philippines — The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) on Tuesday, Sept. 15, showed the latest ranking of candidates on all five sectoral categories for the first-ever Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) parliamentary election.
Just a day after the polling period ended, with some areas set to resume voting on Tuesday, candidates from the Bangsamoro Federalist Party (BFP) still led the settler communities, women, youth, ulama, and traditional leaders sectors, based on the PPCRV’s unofficial parallel count, as of 2:03 a.m.

Of the 80 members of the regional parliamentary political party, 40 seats will be allocated for the party representatives, 32 seats for the district representatives, and eight seats for the sectoral representatives, under the Bangsamoro Organic Law.
Below are the latest partial tally recorded by the PPCRV.
For the settler communities sector, which has two seats:
- Olaya, Yul Adelfo (UBJP): 737, 767 (25.5 percent)
- Arnado, Mary Ann (UBJP): 679,289 (23.4 percent)
- Yu Ekey, Ongpin (BFP): 388,687 (13.4 percent)

For the women’s sector, which has only one seat:

For the youth sector, which has one seat:

READ: BARMM poll ERs at 96.25% on Tuesday, reports Comelec
The figures may still change as the count remains partial and unofficial while the PPCRV continues to receive and process the election returns (ERs). As of 2 a.m., the Commission on Elections (Comelec) received 5,054, or 96.96 percent of the expected 5,212 ERs.
Early Monday, the historic BARMM parliamentary election was conducted after four postponements in at least 5,212 clustered precincts in 1,186 voting centers across the region.
The elections in Maluso, Basilan, however, will resume at 7 a.m. on Tuesday after compromised ballots were found– with the transmission of results expected to be completed by 8 p.m., according to the Comelec. /cb
