TAGBILARAN CITY—Most Rev. Crispin Barrete Varquez, D.D., will be formally installed as the eighth bishop of the Diocese of Tagbilaran on Oct. 27, nearly two decades after he was appointed bishop of Borongan. The canonical possession and solemn installation will be held at 9 a.m. at the St. Joseph the Worker Cathedral Shrine-Parish in Tagbilaran
