CEBU CITY, Philippines – Motorists in Cebu can get their impounded vehicles back once they settle the fines, penalties, and storage fees tied to their case, according to the Land Transportation Office in Central Visayas (LTO-7). There is no fixed amount for the release, Lawyer Wendell Dinglasan, LTO-7 regional director, said in a phone interview.
