MANILA, Philippines — Bicol Saro Party-list Rep. Terry Ridon on Saturday said the impeachment court has the sole authority to determine the number of votes required to convict Vice President Sara Duterte. Ridon made the statement when asked whether the conviction threshold should be adjusted because some senator-judges have been absent from the impeachment proceedings.
