CEBU CITY, Philippines — Police are looking for a man who reported the drowning of a 17-year-old girl last Monday, August 31, in San Fernando town in southern Cebu. This was after the father of the girl asked that her dead daughter undergo an autopsy to find out if she was sexually abused and killed.
