MANILA, Philippines — The southwest monsoon, or habagat, will continue to bring rains over Luzon and Visayas until Saturday, Sept. 5, the state weather bureau said. According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Occidental Mindoro may experience up to 200 millimeters (mm) of rainfall on Friday until Saturday.
