CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc. (Cesafi) has canceled all four basketball games scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 5, at the Cebu Coliseum due to the unhealthy air quality caused by the haze affecting Cebu.
