When her sister and husband were not available as her plus-one, Siza Ndlovu brought her stunning mother to a glitzy event.

South African content creator Siza Ndlovu and her mother recently attended a J.C. Le Roux event held in Rosebank.
Siza shared a personal J.C. Le Roux memory on Instagram, detailing how her mother would indulge in a glass or two after a long day at work during their childhood.
“Oh, my mom, she’s just a girl. Quick backstory: I know this brand because of my mom,” she wrote.
“She’d enjoy a glass or 2 in the evening at home as a reward after a long day of work when I was younger, so having her as my plus 1 to this event was the cutest moment,” she added.
This is what Siza said about her mother accompanying her to the event.
“My husband is working late, my sister lives in another province, my next best friend in line is my mother, so let’s go to an event with my mom as my plus one asambeni siyomlanda kuqala [let’s go fetch her],” she wrote.
QUALITY FAMILY TIME WITH MOTHER AND SISTER
Fans have taken a liking to Siza’s mother, with some mentioning that it was the first time they had seen her, as she is rarely featured.
Her mother and sister appeared in a November 2025 YouTube vlog, where they travelled from Johannesburg to their hometown, KwaMashu in KwaZulu-Natal, for some quality family time.
She captioned her post: “My sister and I used to spend all our December holidays at Gogo’s house, KwaMashu every year without fail. We haven’t slept there for years now,” she wrote.
“This is the weekend that we surprise her with a sleepover with our mom,” she added.
Siza and her sister Zandile Mkize treated their mother to a fancy restaurant for her birthday in December 2025.
Their mother is the older sister of the Sarafina star Leleti Khumalo.
