LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — A tricycle driver’s suspicion led to the surrender of alleged smuggled cigarettes to authorities on Friday, May 1. Police said the 42-year-old driver from Nueva Ecija was hired by an unidentified individual to deliver two boxes to Rosales, Pangasinan for P2,000. While en route, he became curious and partially opened the packages.
