MANILA, Philippines – As of early Sunday before dawn, 26 individuals have been rescued following the collapse of an under-construction building in Angeles City, Pampanga. The Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (ACDRRMO) reported that a nine-story concrete building currently under construction collapsed around 3 a.m. along Teodoro Street in Balibago, Angeles City.
