LEGAZPI CITY — More than 1.36 million learners have enrolled across the Bicol Region for School Year 2026–2027, according to the Department of Education (DepEd) Bicol. DepEd Bicol information officer Mayflor Marie Jumamil said a total of 1,367,102 learners were registered based on real-time submissions to the Learner Information System (LIS) as of 7:30 a.m.
