CALASIAO, Pangasinan — Former Ilocos Sur governor Luis “Chavit” Singson kept the identity of the cyberlibel complainant under wraps, stating only that the individual had once turned to him for assistance but eventually turned on him. During an interview with Bombo Radyo Laoag on Thursday, June 11, Singson characterized the complainant as a “bad person.”
