BFAR-7: Cash aid for 43K fishers as fuel costs squeeze operations

Around 43,000 small-scale fisherfolk in Central Visayas are set to receive government cash assistance as rising fuel prices continue to increase the cost of fishing and threaten incomes in coastal communities.
