Cebu, Naga city busts: 4 adults, minor held; ₱1.1M shabu seized

Four adults were arrested while a 15-year-old boy was taken into custody after separate buy-bust operations in Cebu City and Naga City on Thursday, June 18, resulted in the seizure of more than P1.1 million worth of suspected shabu.
