LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — The Cebu City Government is expected to spend around P700 million more this year on garbage hauling and disposal, with waste once again being transported to Aloguinsan, Cebu. The projected amount is more than double the original allocation of at least P515 million for the city’s garbage disposal expenses in 2026.
