MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Jinggoy Estrada’s camp on Monday asked the Sandiganbayan, through an Omnibus Motion, to halt any potential issuance of an arrest warrant tied to the plunder case filed against him. Estrada said in a statement that his legal team submitted an Urgent Omnibus Motion Ad Cautelam seeking the dismissal of the case.
