CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Bagong Pilipinas Merit Scholarship Program (BPMSP) is now accepting applications from incoming college and technical-vocational students who meet academic and income requirements. Successful applicants may receive tuition support, stipends, and allowances worth up to ₱120,000 annually depending on their chosen scholarship track.
