Marcos signs law expanding aid for college, vocational students

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Friday signed into law amendments to the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (UAQTEA), expanding government assistance for tertiary and vocational education students.
