Do Kang-wook and Yeo-ri actually hold hands?
No, Yeo-ri managed to take her hand away before Kang-wook could touch it. Later, they discuss why she was in the murder scene in the first place. Kang-wook immediately asked Yeo-ri how she learned about the body, and Yeo-ri just told him to go away. When he asked her again, she finally said she had been told about it. Not only that, but she also said that she was told about the body by a ghost. After not believing her, Kang-wook goes away.
What was the update on the case that Kang-wook was handling?
Kang-wook found Seung-jae at the hotel and confronted him. However, Seung-jae just brushed him off, stating that the hotel was the property of his sister-in-law. Later, we see Kang-wook going through all the records of people who lived beside the apartment where Seung-jae’s girlfriend had died. It also becomes clear as to why Seung-jae was at the hotel. Apparently, he got mad that Yeo-ri talked badly about him and went there to confront her.
What was the discussion between Seung-jae and Yeo-ri?
Yeo-ri readily stated that she did not like Seung-jae at all. She also revealed how his ex-girlfriend actually came to her and revealed that she was pregnant with Seung-jae’s child. Seung-jae obviously denied all these charges and said that he was not at fault for any of these things. However, Yeo-ri did not believe him at all.
What kind of ghost comes to Yeo-ri in this episode?
The ghost that comes to Yeo-ri this time around is none other than Seung-jae’s girlfriend, proving that she actually died and was killed by Seung-jae. Later, Kang-wook theorised just how things might have happened. Seung-jae dressed as a woman and then dumped the body of his ex-girlfriend in a hotel tank. Rightfully so, when Kang-wook goes to the tank to investigate, he sees Yeo-ri there. They eventually find the body, and Kang-wook arrests Seung-jae.
Who is the second male lead of this series?
The second male lead of the series is another CEO, Min-hwan, who wants to further his business with Yeo-ri. He is also a childhood friend of Yeo-ri. After meeting him, Yeo-ri checked into his hotel, and mistakenly, Kang-wook also checked into the same exact room. It obviously leads to some hilarious instances, and later in the morning, they find themselves in the same bed. They scream in shock, and the staff of the hotel apologises desperately for the mistake. However, Min-hwan did not like this situation at all, and this proved that he was also interested in Yeo-ri.
Do we get to see another crime scene?
Yes, in this episode, we get another case where a girl goes missing, and her grandmother desperately searches for her. Then we see how she was an aspiring fashion designer. No, there is a high chance that a prominent fashion designer who was showcasing her designs at Min-hwan’s hotel was involved with this girl’s disappearance.
What worked and what did not work?
This episode was a significant improvement over the first one, as it went deeper into the characters and gave them more depth. I also enjoyed the chemistry between the main pair much more.
